Capital of Creation – Bespoke Interior Design in London

London is the world’s international metropolis and as such it gives designers’ the opportunity to be inspired by many different exciting cultures.

Our international clients have challenged us with very distinct and particular design briefs.

Briefs that vary from “We want our property to feel like an iceberg” to “we want an island fireplace in the heart of the house without a chimney stack” to “I want a kitchen without legs” tells you that we can only address these briefs by being lateral thinkers and very creative.  Great design solutions come up when we have the specialist International suppliers that can pretty much create anything we ask them to.

Bespoke Design Interiors

Our clients in London hail from all corners of the globe and this variety is often reflected in their design requests. For example, a Norwegian client asked us to create an interior that had to feel really cold. Working very closely with my Venetian plaster specialist we created a wall finish that would mimic solid ice! Combining the highest quality materials with our years of knowledge, experience and design expertise,  we are always able to provide bespoke interior designs that meet our clients’ exacting standards.

On a separate occasion, we were asked to supply a 5 metre long piece of moulded white enamel for a stainless steel kitchen where my Korean client could film her North Korean Food Made Simple TV programme!  It was a very difficult task but as we love our challenges we made sure it was delivered to perfection.

For an Italian client, we had to turn an island fireplace into a dining and reception room ‘separator’. “Open and closed” was my design solution where a feature shelving element would interact with the fireplace to make it separate when lit and see-through when not lit!!

These are just a few examples of how we have used our design expertise to create some truly bespoke luxury interiors for our clients in London. I love working in this city and really do consider London to be the “Capital of Creation”. Being surrounded by so many cultures gives us designers infinite inspirations!
