Building More Than Structures: Empowering Women in Construction

It was a true privilege to spend the day with a group of talented and hardworking women in the UK construction industry. What a beautiful day to share my story as a builder, exchange experiences, and, most importantly, remind them of the incredible power they hold. They are not just shaping buildings, but also their own futures.

Thank you to the Vistry Group for creating this empowering space for women to rise, lead, and support one another. Together, we are building far more than structures—we are building strength, resilience, and purpose for the next generation of builders.

As I reflect on the day, I’m reminded that leadership is so much more than a title or a role. True leadership is about the courage to show up, share our journeys, and support each other’s growth. Together, we can rise, lead with purpose, and create spaces, both physical and emotional, that inspire transformation.
