Annabella was appointed Global Chair for the Design & Lifestyle Wing of G100 in 2021.
G100 is a non -profit organization founded by Dr Harbeen Aurora.
“G” for Global and “100” for 100 industries.
Dr. Arbeen Arora who is among the 100 most respectable and trustworthy people in the world (reputation survey 2019) as a thought leader, global icon with a vision for women.
She founded ALL Ladies League (ALL), Women Economic Forum (WEF), Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI), SHEconomy, and BIOAYURVEDA by expressing diversified leadership with strength and simplicity.
The G100 project is a non-profit organisation dedicated to assisting professional women in the fields of architecture and design in 100 different nations, both nationally and internationally. G100 is a group created by 100 professional women at the peak of their careers (including Nobel Laureates) and we will be generating opportunities for women around the world, in their respective fields. The goal is to offer all women in this sector a voice, allowing them to express themselves and feel involved in a variety of projects, from the simplest to the most important.
Annabella was appointed and was made responsible for the architecture, interior design, product design, and lifestyle branch and unfortunately, these fields are currently saturated with male professionals.
Annabella is confident that by providing ample visibility and appropriate support to “like-minded” women, change will occur.
A more delicate and sensitive approach is also required for our planet’s future. The female moral compass has different values and I was fortunate to witness this personally.
In London we provide a service that provides a “turnkey” solution that includes Architectural Interior Design, Project Management, and Construction services.
It is currently the only design firm in England with its own construction team. The company is solely run by women.
This system always allows me to effectively deliver to my customers, who in turn trust me with homes worth up to £30 million plus the cost of renovation. Over the course of my 25-year career, I have managed over £300 million in real estate worth.
Managing the Design, PM and construction turnkey service and these three services taught me how to multitask by requiring me to simultaneously deal with designs, engineering, specifications, budgets, site logistics, people management, and time management.
All factors that must be carefully managed if the final result is to be successful. In recent years I have gained a 360-degree experience allowing me to undertake up to very complicated refurbishment project, including excavations and extensions.
For this reason I have accepted the mandate of the G100 project.
Annabella has been planning a path that will guide me to achieve this mandate which I have accepted because I consider it a unique opportunity and to which I can contribute. Helping women achieve their dreams by offering support, strength and opportunity will only improve the world.
She has a clear vision that step by step will lead us to the final goal. With the right opportunities and partnerships, we will give these women the feeling of importance and meaning. The future bond that will remain will dictate the beginning of a global transformation.
AssiaX, initiated by Annabella Nassetti and Fiorenza Mella, is the creative extension of G100 Design & Lifestyle network.
AssiaX is the bridge between environmental issues and creative power. It organises yearly contests that are always inspired by environmental responsiveness.
Their debuting award programme succeeded in receiving many designs for lighting the entrances of a big ‘green building’ project in Italy.
Their second contest (to be submitted by Feb. 9, 2023) inspired by Angus Cunningham’s greening solutions, will focus on adding biodiversity to the city of London.

Dr. Arora is also the Chancellor of Rai University in Ahmedabad, Rai Technology University in Bangalore and Jharkhand Rai University in Ranchi, India. These non-profit universities focus on educating youth from underserved sections of society especially in fields of farming and agriculture toward empowering local livelihoods and capacity building.
Dr. Arora has investments in the health and wellness, agribusiness, skill development, real estate, and renewable energy industries. Her firm, Arganshe, owns the world-renowned BIOAYURVEDA brand, which specialises in organic and Ayurvedic health, healing, wellness, and wellbeing.
Dr. Arora holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Delhi University, Masters from King’s College, London University and Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA), and PhD from Sorbonne Nouvelle, University of Paris III.
