Lyall Mews
This four storey four bedroom Mews House in Belgravia is a new build.
The old house has been completely demolished and rebuilt including a basement.
Throughout the house, the interior is very generous in details that make every corner interesting and existing.
The walls throughout are in polished plaster and this makes the interior very luminous.
At ground floor a bright and inviting entrance hall that can be used either as a home office or as a relaxation area.
The basket-weave oak floor with ebony inserts in combination with the bespoke library unit, office chair from Philippe Hurel and the desk designed by ALC make this a very pleasant entrance hall.
A great architectural detail is the internal light well that indirectly creates beautiful light effects in the dining area in the basement. The kitchen is from Poggenpohl. Clever use of mirror makes this area very spacious.
The metallic finish dining table has been designed by ALC and the dining chairs are from B&B Italia.
The main reception room is on the first floor and it overlooks the Mews.
In the reception room we have a bespoke media and bookshelf unit and a Chesney’s fireplace. The sofas, coffee table and side tables are from Minotti.
The master suite is on the top floor where we have a bespoke padded and tufted headboard for maximum comfort and luxury.
The master bathroom is finished with some spectacular Bisazza combination of gem and glass mosaics.
This project was a great success as it was delivered on time, on budget and our quality control delivered and excellent home.
