Flavia is a Brazilian-Italian multi talented lady. She has moved to London, from Brazil, when she was 20 to work in fashion.  Firstly, in London’s Polo Ralph Lauren flagship store on New Bond Street where Lady Bamford noticed her dedication and attention to detail and offered her the position as General Manager for five Bamford and Daylesford Organic stores in London, age 28.

This introduced Flavia to the Daylesford Organic family and its philosophy to the ultimate organic lifestyle, including homeware, fashion, body cosmetic and wellness.

Flavia made a career change in 2009 when she met her business partner and ventured into the Design, Project Management and Construction where she excelled in delivering projects on time and on budget.
